Missind Dragon Saddle Engram
As mentioned by other people in the comments section, the Dragon Saddle engram is missing. Anyone know how to get this enabled?

FYI we got ours to work. Our private server had been set up with the mods being activated by a command line addition. However, when we removed the mod lines from the command line, and instead activated the mods via adding them to the GameUserSettings.ini - it worked perfectly! The dragons all spawn correctly, the dossier entry is there, and the saddle / armor engrams are available.
