Check around the flying island and the metal mountain beneath it. I stargated right into one yesterday. Also there are normally some on the south side of the desert isle (carno isle, if you will). One usually hangs out around the massive cave entrance too on the mountain side. Check the south side of the swamp, too, the side the swamp cave is on. I've seen spawns there.
