Unable to load 249

Tried 249 ammo, failed. Tried advanced rifle ammo. Failed.

Thoughts?

Can't make it work either. Maybe a patch rendered it useless.

if i shut my server down and restart it will load the guns but when the gun runs out it doesnt load again.
