I may have found out who the original author was.
I found out the original was most likely made by *Havch1k92* and the * are literally star symbols, so my PC couldn't replicate it. I found this out by watching Dacoobers gm construct But Cursed on youtube and you'll see it within a minute of one of the examples of a decent mod map.
But yeah if any of you needed to know.
