- 50% less afterburn after burn damage
+10% more afterburn time
+ Mark for death on hit
+25% firing speed
+40% reload speed
-15% damage
+25% Velocity
-50% Afterburn Damage
No Crits on Burning targets.
The thought being it knocks people up further, pairing well with reserve shooter, or being partially able to mitigate invulns from a range with the knockback. The downside being it isnt quite as effective a for outright killing targets.
I always try to make new stats but i wrote already other stats on other flare guns. So it is kinda hard to think about something new / good.
98% are "lame" because else it's some op ♥♥♥♥. What am saying is that the 2% you're all about are like straight upgrades from stock, would be like if I said, hey look, I got this new shotgun, and it does 20% more damage than stock, but there is no con to counterract the fact that I deal more damage.
The reasons why people should stop doing such threads are simple :
1) It's valve who decides whatever the ♥♥♥♥ stats are going to be, no one else.
2) If one thing is op , that means it's the only thing you'll ever see in the game, and everyone's gonna complain about it when playing classes that don't have that one op item.
3) It'll be nerfed so hard compared what it used to be that people will just claim that they'll quit. And sometimes they will ( no big loss anyway ).
If this thing gets added it's just gonna be the same thing than what a flaregun can already do, but it'll excell in some situations, and suck in others.
-3.5 sec afterburn time
- 5% firing distance
and + 1.5 extra sec of uber charge when equipped
What do you think about these stats?
+15% More accuracy
Does more damage the higher the Victim's health is
-20% Clip Size
-65% Damage to burning Victims
-15% Knockback
This would encourage Pyro's to prioritize their targets, making overhealed targets for example a better target rather than a skinny, wimpy Scout!
+25% damage
Push the victim when hit
Increased knockback on burning players
+30% knockback
Cons:
-75% afterburn time
+30% damage to self
No flare jump
+1 sec afterburn
-10 percent ammo
-50 ammo from dispencers wile active
On hit: Marks enemy with a glow (like that on playload carts) that can be seen through walls.
+25% afterburn damage (because the fire/glow is really hot)
+50% reload time
-50% damage.
So it is more of a support weapon than a combat tool.
