"It seems only I can't play this scenario after choosing nation, not any tip for why..."

Thanks for the exp for i have ever downloadeded some scenarios from the offical net,now I have solved the problem if you can't play the scenario, the problem is not the scenario the game but the workshop's download. (Maybe I came from the Mars)

the download system is not put the document of scenario into the game, find the scenario from X:\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\ then move that numeral document into X:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Making History II\content\mods and change the name number to "High Stakes".:steamhappy:

We just updated MH2Client.exe to fix this issue. You should not copy it from where steam downloads the mod.

Make sure you completely exit steam so it detects the update.

Not directly related to the mod itself, but in the description here on the workshop you have Bihar named twice in the list of new Asian nations.

Not exactly a problem more of just a game inaccuracy. But with the Japanese declaring war on the Soviets in 1939 (I have played through about 5 games on High Stakes and they did it every time). they continue to declare war and do not try and make peace with the Soviets at all as they did in real life in 1941. And I back this up with actual information because every single time that I have played through the Japanese lose very quickly in Manchuria (as they did in real life at the battle of Khalkin-Gol and many other smaller boarder skermishes) So I don't know if there is a way you could fix Japanese behavior so that they are less inclined to Invade the Soviet Union when they are an AI? I allied with the Japanese while I was playing Nazi Germany and pushed through Poland and Japan declared war on the Soviets to my dismay. Me being an ally I now had to fight the Soviets which i was not prepared for. It was quite frustrating because Japan will consistantly declare war even when you broker a peace treaty between your alliance even if they are losing Manchuria. I know the game is played not historically most of the time and anything can happen but I have played through 5 times and every time this happens. Hopefully you can do something to kind of fix this little inaccuracy as every little detail is greatly appreciated by me. I love historical things especially the second world war and events leading up to it so everything matters! (And i really want Japan to stop being stupid and trying to fight the soviets when i Ally with them!)

PS: great mod I love the thing to death I have been playing a single game for a solid month now and its going great!

ill will look into it, germany is doing similar things with smaller nations when controlled by the AI...

Yeah I can't speak for that because Germany is my favorite nation and I always play as it. But thanks for looking into it! The mod is really awesome so anything I can do to help make it better is good in my books :)

I don't know if you did this on purpose or not but when you upgrade the factories they seem to all go in order except for the underground factory. I have noticed that you start with Industrial infrastructure then progress your way up (cottage factory, Mechanized factory, Large factory, Industrial plant, Industrial enterprise) but in between the Mechanized and the Large factory if you have unlocked the underground factory you can build it before the Large factory. But if you are moving up progressively it should come after the large factory. It also makes is so you can build the large factory faster because the underground adds 40 IPU's compared to the large factor's 20. But it takes the same 30 turns to build as the large factory. It does not make sense if you are going up based on how powerful the factory is like it would seem you have to. Just thought I would point this out I don't know if you intended for it to be this way or not but it makes it so you can out pace the AI in industrial power especially on lower difficulty levels.
