Any time I try and edit the engrams, it seems the mod either overwrites or overrides any changes I have made. I'm trying to remove some prereqs, along with hiding/removing a few engrams. I've tried editing the engrams already put in GameUserSettings.ini from the mod and also adding my own to Game.ini using both the mods indexes for engrams and the normal games indexes for engrams. I've had no luck with this. Has anyone found a way to do this or am I just out of luck?

EDIT:
Tried a few other ways to add engrams but was unsuccessful. Apparently, my blind little eye missed the line "bOnlyAllowSpecifiedEngrams=True" line. If you change this to false, the mod auto re-writes it to true. I'd like to allow my players to use ghillie suits, hide the bronto platform saddle, along with knocking off the prereqs for some engrams. Can we get this changed to False for default in the next update? Thanks.
