Essentially the issue arises when your client updates. Then when it looks for the servers it only shows the servers that match your client version. So until the servers are updated they will not show up.
To disable auto update, click on library and then find Ark Survival evolved. Right click and goto properties. Then click the updates tab and change the setting.
Yep, i never auto update anything, ever, for any software. No idea why anyone would.
