Forced selection?

Hi, can you make version to make it forced? or update it or something? I want to players (citizen playermodel) sound like citizens and not like combines (that are admins). I want to make a little roleplay with it.

its better to get player expression mod because it adds footsteps but for certain pms depending on their faction
