any chance you can make is spread
i remember back in arma 2 when you where hit there was a chance you'd become infected, this would make for interesting scenarios as whole squads get turned instead of outright killed :P

The mod comes with a system (which you can place in editor scenarios) that gives people hit by zombies a chance to become infected with each hit. It also comes with a system that will make people killed by zombies rise as zombies after a specified amount of time.
