I don't really think this would work because there are already so many Festive weapons in the game

My view of the weapon:

Pros:
+On Critical Hit set enemies on fire
+On Critical Hit stun enemies at long range

Cons:
-25% Slower spin-up time
-25% slower movement speed while deployed
-10% Slower firing speed

Overall description: If my suggested stats are taken and put into the game with the weapon (highly unlikely), the mini-gun would serve it's purpose as both a furnace and coal shooter...
Compared to the other mini-guns it's DPM is on the lower side and the heavy has some speed problems with the slower spin-up and slower movement speed while deployed. A Heavy with this mini-gun will be pretty much a downgrade purely due to the fact the bonuses are only when the weapon has critical hits. Thankfully the weapon is highly rewarding while it is crit boosted as not only will it be able to stun long ranged attackers, but also set people on fire at any range! Combine this with the 300% damage boost given by rolling the critical hit or being boosted, and you have a deadly weapon. A heavy with this weapon would pair well with a Kritzkrieg Medic.

I thought maybe a Huo-Long Heater reskin, but new stats are cool.
