Pls allow cheats

I play this mod to test out the heroes (so I can feel what they are like), but it takes a long time to test out the heroes solo without using cheats. Plz enable -wtf, -lvlup and other cheats if u can. kkthxbai.

Cheats are enabled for all game modes. Simply start up a custom lobby, set up a password, and you can enable cheats manually.
