What can I do with Beavers?
I've caught 3 beavers with my first traps, but I can't seem to skin them or cook them whole (obviously).

I've tried having a kitchen knife in my inventory, as well as several other bladed implements, but so far, no luck. Does anybody know what I can do with these guys?

for some of the animals in order to skin and butcher them you need a magazine to teach you the skill.

Actually its' book: Hunting textbook and also You need cooking on level 2 (not sure was it 2 or 3) to skin animal and butcher it for meat.
