Playing with 200 ping, even if its arma, has its downsides.

Did you get on the server and check your ping? It might not be that bad. I live in the US and play on Europe servers and tend to get around 150-160 ping. The A3launcher is deceptive on ping info. You gotta get on the server and see.

Hey QQ on this, I am setting up my own dedicated server similar to this for a few friends. Can I just run with all the mods and the main Esseker map, or do I have to edit the map/scenario to get zombies spawning correctly?
