So as of now im unable to obtain a town of my own (similar to how you would in the base game, by pledging), the only way ive come across to "pledge" is at a military depot but you dont get any land from doing so.

When i go to a Lord or someone they dont have the option (nore do the leaders like napoleon or the king) to pledge to them.

Am i doing it wrong or am i just unable to opbtain a village?
