You should get renown faster, since that's the only way to rank up, since it takes a long time to get 100 right now.

I would like it if he would add new factions including Spain, new Middle Eastern factions, and new North African factions.

Yeah but the Ottoman Empire was of great historical significance though so he should add them at least

I would love to get the possibility to control the arty as they usually keep pounding my own troops during charges and such.

You can order the artillery to fire at your command. Then they won't fire unless you say so.
