Bugler??

https://youtu.be/11xKjvCFF3k In this Video you can see a 95th bugler who's playing music if you are giving some commands, but how do I get this bugler?

I'm guessing it will come in an update, Besides, the Standard(Flag) bearers are not even completly implemented.
