Social standing and Military rank
I started as the lowest Mil and Soc rank I could for more challenge but I have done like 6 missions for French nobles and 10 for Italian ( including 5 for the king ) but the rank stays the same. I am in day 110 if this changes anything, what do I need to do to increase my ranks?

Have you joined the army? Talk to the recruiter in the capital city of your faction of choice. If you have, then you need to go to the depot and speak with the liason officer to get your promotions when you have enough renown, you don't get them automatically. The social standing is not implemented yet.
