It seems like their attacks fall short on the player, I often run into the problem where one of the creatures stop ahead of me and attack to far away never hitting me, even if I'm standing still.

+Devmandigo thank you it's my first SNPCs pack, I'll fix it this afternoon and maybe adding spestnaz or the clones from Paranoia, stay tuned !

i try to generate the ragdolls in the addons menu and it keeps crashing

I know and I'm really sorry, but I can't to anything about this because the footsteps sounds are inside the .mdl (when the foot touch the ground).

It's not ragdolls its props because they are using Half life 1 models/scripts.
