Map Update V3
Update v3

:steamhappy:Added an admin room (Info how to enter and more in map description)
:steamhappy:Added stuff outside of the citadel
:steamhappy:Added an instadeath room (When you try to enter the admin room via noclip)
:steamsalty:Extended the deathmatch supply time to 1 minute
:steamfacepalm:Fixed another leak...
:steamfacepalm:Fixed the combine portal producing a "fake" laser. Leading to a crash
:steamfacepalm:Fixed the portal locations

:steammocking:Keep in mind the map is still on Beta and it's prior to keep changing.
