(Spoiler...?) Game Crash
So I have only the hak pad mod, the updated female exile portrait mod, TSLRCM, and M4-78 active.
After I speak with Vash alone in the behavior core, and we both get knocked out, the game attempts to load another area (Central Zone?). As it gets close to loading, the game crashes, and I get an offer to report an error.

Try it without hak pad.
