this is most likely a bug with workshop addons, ive had this problem as well and many others have to. Being subbed to 5 or more mods on the workshop seems to cause this crash u speak of.

So basically, choose better graphics or more content.

Those 5 mods, are they global or just for this game? I have quite a few mods installed for other games that I would rather not like to unsubscribe form.

just for this game, i think it has something to do with the age and engine of this game not liking the way steam workshop mods are handled.

Seems unlikely.

Yeah I'm sort of mad when I had the legacy version it was amazing I had a trash ton of mods and 0 crashes and now I get a crash 5 seconds into the game with like 10 mods.
I REALLY want to use this updated version as it has widescreen and the newer workshop TSLRCM and other things. Hopefully the game will work better in the future.

hard to say all my mods are manually installed and my game always seems to crash after I enter the entertainment module of telos, did the same with the workshop versions too

So the restored content mod works if I don't have any other mods enabled?

Sooooooo why don't people just manually install the mod from this website?

http://www.moddb.com/mods/the-sith-lords-restored-content-mod-tslrcm

No one has ever had problems getting it from there. Since I don't have the game on steam (at least not yet anyway) I'm not too sure if you can install it on the newer version of KOTOR II but I know that it works on the legacy version.

Anyways hope this helps someone.

(I don't know if the steam version of the mod comes with the M4-78EP mod -aka the droid planet- but if it doesn't, here's the link to that.)

lol you don't need to tell me if it doesn't help you. It's just here for people to try, and if it works, great. If it doesn't, that's ok too.
