So, I took on the Refugee Woes quest and, accidentally initiated combat with the Serroco, but I ran back to the refugees, I then went through the cargo boxes that lead straight to the Serroco leader, I convinced him to attack the Exchange. In the journal it said, that the Serroco had been wiped out and the Exchange had been weakened, so I went and killed the Exchange overseer, now it says that only the Serroco remain, but their base is completely empty. Wat do? I appreciate any help in advance.
