Lightsaber lens fixture
Jorran gives no lens fixture after rescuing him. Is it a bug or what?

I still dont understand why they make everyone wait untill nearly halfway through the game to complete the LS quest.
Not sure what your problem stems from though :(

Maybe it happens because of modification, but i'm not sure.

It's intended.
It would be overkill if both Kaevee and Jorran give a lightsaber (part).
