Crashing after a few minutes of gameplay

Mod downloaded fine it crashed after a few minutes in. Turned down graphics and details and it still crashed. I have a lenovo y 570 with a nvidia geforce cuda graphics card not sure if I should run in windows mode. New to the forum thanks for any help.
