If so, that's the infamous cloud save bug. It's not related to TSLRCM, you might find more info on it in the discussions forum of the original game.

I wonder if that's what happened with mine, my situation sounds even more like a Creepy pasta, first Mandalore became unable to join the party after I took him with me before the Trandoshans gas your crew on Nar Shadda, dealt with that situation still can't have Mandalore join he's also stuck on the conversation where he mentions the Ebon Hawk being a nice ship, even after picking a option when I go to talk to him again he just repeats it. That was strange and made me worry a bit that I had to start from scratch but I kept playing anyway, then I got to the section where you fight HK droids on Nar Shadda along with the Zhug brothers, I chose to take Mandalore with me hoping that'd fix him not being able to join the party so it was Atton, Bao, and Mandalore, however all the HK-50 droids which have been hostile in every other run for me during that part, were now friendly. . . Even aiding in taking out the Gand and the Duros brothers. . . A bit before that I had a time loop where it replayed the cutscene of the Trandoshans gassing the ship crew, I fought the first set then found no more on the way back to the ship go in and its locked down as if that quest is active, none of the crew on the ship, but there's also not a single enemy, not even that captain, after when you get to the part go hop onto Gotos ship? It bugged even harder the game now crashing whenever I try to enter the Ebon Hawk. Its weird. I do not know what I did to ♥♥♥♥ up the game that much. XD

Anyone encounter Lootra bug? I save his wife on Nar Shaddar but he's nowhere to be seen.
