A couple questions:
Is TSLRCM the only mod you have?
If no, delete all other mods. If yes, have you tried deleting all mod files from your Steam folder as a second measure of unsubscribing?
What are the specs on your computer (i.e. graphics card, ram, etc.)
If unsubscribing and resubscribing doesn't work you can always try downloading the mod over a third party site like DeadlySteam directly into your game folder (there are instructions available as to how to do that) or something I had to do on my older laptop was play in LegacyPC with the mods manually installed and that fixed all crashing I was experiencing...
