Is anyone having issues trying to play the game with this mod while as a male Jedi Exile?

I tried to play through it while at the Telos Academy and when I tried to leave on the Ebon Hawk to return to the Citadel Station, the scene where Atris is suppose to telepathically speak to Kreia gets bugged-out and end up right back where I was suppose to leave on that ship.

Also, I followed advice on a different topic by not talking to the Handmaiden before getting my companions and made sure to avoid instantly surrendering my weapons after finding the entrance to the Telos Academy, nothing worked! I'm still stuck in the Academy.

For some reason, this isn't an issue when I'm playing a female Jedi Exile and able to leave the Telos Academy without having that same game glitch.

I'm at a loss here. I really wanted to play my male Jedi Exile by getting to know the Handmaiden even more, develop a love interest for Visas Marr, take on different dialogues as a male, and recruit Mira into my group. Let me know if this is fixable to this awesome game.
