Can't leave Nar Shaddaa
So, I've already completed Nar Shaddaa, and left, did Dantooine, and came back to see if I could get Vogga to sell fuel to Telos now (this is my first time playing this so I have no idea what I'm doing). He still asked for Goto in chains , so I went to just leave and continue on my way. However, once I head back to the Ebon Hawk, I got ambushed by the Trandoshan bounty hunters... again, even though I was already ambushed by them the first time I was on this planet. When I get to the Ebon Hawk, it is empty, all the doors are locked, and I can't leave the planet...

Help?

Did you install TSLRCM midgame?

I actually installed it before even booting up the game for the first time. While I was able to fix it by just using console commands to teleport me to the Ebon Hawk, I was wondering if there was some other, more... legitimite, fix

Nope, thats it. Odd it happens though. Only does if a certain global is missing from a savegame, which can happen with inprogress games... or incompatible mods.

This happened to me and I was very confused too. You can ♥♥♥♥ around and try to fix it, or you can reload before you did that bit of the quest. I always just made multiple backups.

Do you know which globals could be involved ? because couldn't we just delete the mod, and change the global, I think the conflict on mine is I had the skip peragus mod.

Its gotta be related to handmaiden or atris or something.

I got the same exact problem, unfortunately I just said "♥♥♥♥ it" and deleted the save and started a new one. Only problem now is that I'm stuck on Peragus but if I get the skip peragus mod it'll start me off with all these robes and crystals and a lightsaber if I skip so thats not really how I want to play the game.
