Freezing in-game

I just started 2 new games and I keep getting frozen around Paragus. Earliest it happened was shortly after talking to Kreia. Also happened just a bit after talking to HK assassin for the first time. How do I fix and where do I go to find proper report?

I ended up removing the only other mod than TSLRCM and I've been having no trouble. *Knock on wood*
