C.A.P.P.E.R Stats
I thought it would be neat if The C.A.P.P.E.R shot lasers that would bounce off of surfaces.

Pros:
- Does not require ammo
- Can bounce off of a surface three times

Cons:
- Would only have six shots before reloading
- After each ricochet the laser does 10% less damage
- does not bouce off of players
