cant play as2 anymore
how do I get rid of this file, its keeping as2 from playing....APP_ERROR unknown contol panel item, "trench_small_foxhole_ shallow_infantry" (eGC Panel Contriol.cpp 458

i tried a complete reinstall of the game, unsubscribed to all mods but still get error. I think its from cronicles. is there a folder i need to delete that is not deleted when I reinstall the game?

its because you put a WWII Chronicles new toolbar icon onto your toolbar in AS2. As to how to fix it, I would try unsubscribing and deleting WWIIC. If that doesnt work, youll have to wait for a response from Cule. Im not as good as him at fixing problems lol.

thanks for your response. so it sounds like i need to delete a WWII chronicles folder. where would that folder be? I already reinstalled as2 and unsubreibed to all mods.

It's in the AS2 folder within your steam folder. From there the WWIIC folder is found within the mods folder

the interesting part is that I deleted that whole file and I still get that error. I think i need to delete some folders in my steamapps/workshop folder but dont know which ones because no labels and i have many other workshop files

Try deleting your AS2 user profile in your documents folder on your computer. (Back it up
First)

i deleted my profile but did not work, also tried deleting steamapps/workshop files

You know what fixed it! I had to turn off cloud sync then reinstall all. The cloud sync kept bringing that file back.
