+ makes a sound that can't be heard from farther than 3 feet away
+ doesn't show in kill feed
+ The enemy that is killed has no death scream
- -20/-10 damage reduction

It would make sense for spy like that, a weapon that promotes him being stealthy and careful, so that he should avoid fights because his weapons are bad in fights, and that if he does have to fight, he can make sure nobody else knows it happened.

Head shots grant MINI-crits (emphisis on mimi)

No Random crits(lol, had to have it)

The Conventional
Level 10 Scilenced Pistol

Silent Killer: Victim has no death scream, kills do not show in the enemy kill feed, gunshot sound is very quite
+ Mini-crits on headshot/shooting from behind target
+ Alt Fire: Marks target for death, cannot headshot
- 10% damage penalty
If Victim is under the effects of Mad Milk or Jarate, they will take full crits from your headshots/back shooting
Dealing damage will fill the "Over-Bonk" Meter
When filled, Over-Bonk will give you a temporary 50% damage bonus and increased speed for a short time

The Basic Idea: Rewards teamwork with freindly scouts and snipers and allows you and your team to quickly take down any threats without gaining any unwanted attenchion.

15%+ faster reload speed
Some kind of headshot mechanic..

Downside:

50%- / 25%- Smaller clip size
15%- slower fire rate

Pros:
20% Damge at close range; at mid range the normal amout of damge as the pistol/revolver; Con: -15% at long range.

25% damge to the engineers buildings.

How about these?

+Enemies hit with this weapons will not recieve hitmarkers(The Red bars that indicate where shot from)
+Headshots with this weapon will not suffer from falloff damage and will mark the enemy for death(1 at a time)
+Upon a successful headshot, for 3 seconds cloaking fade is decreased by 0.75 seconds (You much cloak faster)
- 20% Less Damage dealt
- 35% Longer Reload


+(Hidden)Weapon makes little to no noise
+(Hidden)This Gun has a smaller weapon spread
