Bristleback needs a major cast point on his Quill Spray (being able to take Roshan at 10 seconds into the game isn't right, more so if Bristleback starts on Dire.)

Tiny needs a cast-point on his stun, Avalanche.

Puck needs a longer cast-point on his silence, Waning Rift.

Earthshaker needs a cast-point on his ultimate, Echo Slam.

Faceless Void's ultimate, Chronosphere, should only last for 1 second.

All of Invoker's spells need cast-points.

Terrorblade needs a cast-point on his W, Conjure Image.

Mirana's Sacred Arrow's stun duration lasts too long.

Remove Ghost Scepter.

Remove Black King Bar.

Give Blink Dagger a 3 second cooldown, similar to its on-hit penalty.

Drastically shorten respawn timers. Too much time is spent being dead in what is supposed to be a frantic and hectic game mode.
