Sniper needs to take damage in fountain

sniper just gets aghs and rapier and sits in fountain and we cant cross the river. Blademail doesnt even work because he takes no damage in fountain. I think blademail should be able to work or the game is just broken when sniper gets that. Thanks

Or, when you see someone pick sniper, you counter pick him.
