Make sure to get your blink boots. Just get the ranged creeps to switch so they DKs only attack you. Melee hero with battle fury + lifesteal + blink works fine.

Stormbearer and octarine core. The lightning bounces will usually aggro most of the enemies if you position yourself correctly, though there may be a group of imps or two you will need to blink to get them to attack you. After that, it is simply a matter of keeping the electric barrier on yourself, and the octarine core should keep you at full health. Cleave or splash damage does help a lot, but if you are playing a hero who has has neither of those and you can't effectively itemize for it, octarine core and stormbearer.
