And now I will write about the bugs found, or just express my opinion about it (other people's opinion is also welcome):
- "Sange,Yasha and Kaya" (she had an old name "Sange,Yasha and Atos") not give +22% Status Resistance (does not enhance it in the characteristics of the hero)
- About "Cursed Rapier": This item for me has always been controversial in terms of balance and not always liked. In its earliest versions, when this item just appeared, he was not quite playable and killed his owner without the ability to recover from or during the battle. And with this sword, no one went normally. Instead, they always bought "Sacred Trident" as an alternative. Yes, and also very much reduced the attack range, if it was range heroes.
At the moment, now it has more opportunities to maintain the status of the owner by lifesteal and "Heart of Tarrasque" and the higher the damage was, the stronger the damage was caused by the owner of this item. (with patch 7.20 "Lifesteal amount is no longer limited by the current health of the target and uses the full damage you are dealing instead." And this also means that the treatment will be significantly less if the opponents have higher amounts of armor or simply more than the damage of your hero). But I'm not exactly talking about it.
Some heroes like Abbadon and Slark with "Cursed Rapier" very much break the balance of this custom game. They literally save endless damage and destroy all life on the map with one or a couple of blows (these are enemy creatures and buildings). If, for example, for Abbadon needs a lot of expensive items in order to realize such an action with a dishonest game (take talant on "-20% cooldown for all ability and items" ; buy "Heart of Tarrasque" + "Octarine Core" + "Aghanim's Scepter" and + any item to choose from, giving additional attributes or resists), then for Slark it is enough to have with him a passive action from his ultimate ability "Shadow Dance" and buy "Heart of Tarrasque" and not expensive item, like a "Holy Locket" or "Armor of Insight", so that health is always kept on the same mark, when "Cursed Rapier" is on everytime. The rest of the characters will either strongly depend on lifesteam and damage, either like them is simply impossible or difficult to implement. Example, Alchiemist in theory, he can also accumulate similar damage, but he simply can’t be interrupted by declining health when he is active and still needs to be treated from time to time. To maintain non-degradation of health, you need to have about +300-350 hp/sec. I am all to the fact that this item is difficult to balance and I do not know what you will do with it in the future.
-About Drow Ranger: her ultimate ability "Marksmanship" in the old version was quite imbalanced and oneshoted all enemy creatures (except bosses, of course). Now she has a chance of such a shot only 1-2%. And it would seem pretty good, because now there simply won't be such situations. But now the problem is that this ultimate ability without "Aghanim's Scepter" does not make any impact. It is as if this ability does not exist. I have to pray for her to shoted that arrow at least once, or is this hero in my team (teammates on Drow Ranger's) often annoyed like a non-functional. Funny that, that it then continue instapick her, without looking at the patch note, thinking that she is also strong at the expense of her ultimate. For test, I going in lobby, buy 6 "Moon Shards" and started shooting tight targets. This arrow actually takes off after every 40-50 shots. Sometimes with good luck, after 20-30 shots. You can make for her, as an option, the old version "Marksmanship", when which gave her only extra dexterity ( +40/+60/+80 agility) with stored function from "Aghanim's Scepter" ("The arrows of the Drow Ranger split when hit, continuing to fly into random creatures around the target."). Or, depending on the situation, slightly increase her chance of such a shot, for example, from 1% / 1% / 2% to 1% / 2% / 3%. And it's better to just significantly increase the extra damage when triggered from 120 to 250 / 500 / 750 damage.
-Funny fact: "Dragon Javelins" increases attack range for melee heroes :D Not so critical and nothing more.
So far, at the moment there is nothing more to write. I can only say thank you for global change and variety.
1) Medusa + Io is busted with Cursed Rapier right now. We went until like ~90 minutes before getting bored, Medusa was right-clicking for 500k. As long as the Tether remains she just keeps getting damage without any fear of death (which is easy to do if Io picks up Death Stone and Satanic). I see a few other heroes are as well; not sure if this item is good for the game.
2) Clinkz ultimate hasn't worked on anything for awhile. Please let it attack creeps! He would be a lot of fun to play, but right now he is too handicapped to be much good to anyone.
3) Please expand some of the useless item's options. Eul's, Lotus, Glimmer, Necro, Blade Mail, Hurricane Pike/Force Staff, Shadow Blade, Skadi, Blink could all use some love to make them worthwhile to build. You don't have to go the way of Exalted, etc. just interesting combinations would be lots of fun to play around with.
Bugs
- Bane: Enfeeble Steals Attack Speed Talent now conflicts with your custom Enfeeble's Damage Reduction. It gives Bane attack speed, still applies -damage to enemies.
- Bloodseeker: Thirst no longer provides bonus Damage, only Attack Speed.
- Clinkz lost his Death Pact Ultimate, and his Burning Army only attacks Enemy Heroes (i.e. does not hit anything).
- Lifestealer lost the AoE damage on his Open Wounds.
- Morphling cannot use his ultimate until he hits level 20.
- Siren's Ensnare no longer deals damage.
- Puck's lvl. 25 talent only affects heroes

- Brewmaster: Reduce cooldown of Primal Split from 140/120/100 to 80/60/40
- Clockwerk: Rocket Flare cooldown reduced from 10 to 10/9/8/7. Hookshot cooldown reduced from 40/30/20 (16) to 20/15/10 (6)
- Death Prophet: Silence duration increased from 3/4/5/6 to 6/8/10/12.

- Earth Spirit: damage on Q/W/E increased to 100/200/300/400 for all 3 abilities.
