That is the logical next step once I can get this working. In fact, it could be extended to be useful for keeping tabs on your dinos as well as looking at where all dinos are on your map. Once I get it working with farming that is what I will work on applying the same code to accomplish.
One really neat content feature would be to sedate and tag dinos like rangers do with bears so that you can tell if they come close to your base. A little heads up to a pack of t-rexes would be helpful, right?
Checking the fertilizer as well as which crop plots have seeds and/or fruit to gather. That way when you have a ton of crop plots you don't have to waste time finding things or seeing if they need to be tended to. The overlay can be sorted to show things that need immediate attention such as low fertilizer or lots of spoiling fruit.
so crops, with water won't die? fertilizer is a "bonus" ?
