How to deal with low FPS?

During some waves the fps drops down to 15 fps even on lowest settings and i've always played dota on solid 60+ fps at max settings!

I had the same problem. Try this: right click properties of DOTA2 and type -dx11 in the launch options.

I'm already on 64 bit version.
