Flight Controls Bugged on Server
I'm not owner of the server. I just wish to help with it. I'm talking about the Small Horse Cinema.

I will say that the controls for flight on it randomly break. Sometimes, it works fine. Other times, space does nothing, ctrl only does the crouch midair, and alt only makes the velocity increase/change lower, instead of decreasing velocity like it should.

Any idea why it might be doing this?

What gamemode used on? Could you write server IP?

It's the Small Horse Cinema, a modified Cinema mode. IP is 104.153.104.15:27015

Cinema use her own code to emulate jump button, on another gamemodes all works fine.

Okay, I've come to find it is the same bug someone reported on the bug discussion. When a specific person is flying, it works fine. When they are not, the ctrl and alt don't work properly. I didn't see a way to fix it in the bug post, so do you know of any fix for it?
