Stats?
I think this could have potential as a wepon in tf2 if it has stats suggest them below
My Ides
Builds building twice as fast
Upgrades twice as fast (still give 25 metal but goes up 50)

Slower firing speed
Bullet weakness

Honestly, this would make it a direct upgrade from stock and jag. I think the damage reduction could be replaced with +25% explosive vulnerability.

+60% Sapper Vulnerability for constructions

I think bullet vulnerability would be better

25% repair, upgrade, build speed, 20% damage (hence the more bludgeoning part)
25% fire vulnerability on wearer, OR -10% metal capacity

Swinging your wrench does double damage/repair/upgrade/build speed.
You hit yourself every time you swing your wrench and cause bleeding damage.
(Who needs a double edged sword when you can have a double edged wrench?)

I like the idea of the wrench upgrading higher for less (example: I hit the building and it uses 25 metal but upgrades for 50) also it packs a punch with 25% increased damage! But marks you for death when you hit an allied building! And increases your vunrability to all kinds of damage by 10%! Tell me what you think?

just one thing, dont make it broken like the jag, he says 30% faster building when u are hitting but its only 0.75 seconds on a sentry and 1.5 seconds faster on a disp or tele.

Maybe not bleeding its a bit to harsh..
