I'm already purchase it.
When I click play now why it can't start??
It says ARK: Survival Evolved is unavailable on your current platform.
Can someone help me please~~

I am having the same problem of it not loading but it doesnt say that to me do you think its the same problem?

Are you using a windows? If not then you can't play it.

I had the same problem but it said unknown error but I fixed by downlaoding ark on my computer that has windows 8 because you have to have windows 7 or 8. I hope this fixes your problem. :)
