Mods in Dedicated server
Does anybody know and have the ability to explain how to get the Workshop mods installed and running on my dedicated server?

The server is setup and run through SteamCMD so I do not know how to get the workshop subscribed/downloaded to it.

dl on client then upload using ftp to server

Regarding Hosting a server with this map, yeah you can. Just choose the map from the in-game "Host" menu, or if you launch the server via commandline, use the following arguments:

ShooterGameServer.exe /Game/Mods/459186056/DinoArena?listen?ModId=459186056
