Some "idears"
Hi !
I actually made some mission in the editor, just for my personal use, with your mod.
I've some deails with some units that, as my opinion, could be nice to change (in the french army, because I use them a lot).
I agree, it's really little detail, but anyways:

-French AT soldier got an sten mk3 in a secondary weapon. A mas 38 seems to me more "acurate" (as possible with mas 38) by default.
-French Squad leader texture is not really in the matter. I think give a skin of a basic soldier is more accurate.
-Same for the radio man.
-For the Sapers (and AT miner), I d'ont understand why they got a blue pants. Think again, better with standart cloths.
-For the flamer, I don't know if the backpack on the basic skin is removable, and if is not, I understand why you took a another skin as the default one. (but it seems that the "mgun2" has one")
-i d'ont get the term 'Home gard". I mean, in french army at this moment, I can't find any report of a group similar with the home gard of UK.
-Medic. Same problem as the squad leader/radioman (for me obviously). But I can understand, for he's red cross. I recommand to change it to the normal skin, but seems legit to keep it.

Well, that's all for infantry.
Is not my mod, so I understand if you just replie "Well, don't have time for those detail". I've just thnik maybe I can "help".

For the vehicules.

-The main probleme with the french vehicules is: no the same camouflage.
Ok, it's detail (as my previous "good" advices), but it's pretty 'anoying".
I pressumed it's a little bit complicated to remake every skin and to change every vehicules, and I can't bame you if you respond "Did you now how many HOURS are necessary ?". I don't know how to do this, so I can't blame.
-maybe some vehicules need to be "reajusted" in therme of size ? I don't know if it is easy to do. But actually, i think to the panhard and the laffy. They are big no ?


Ok. Now I'm near the end.
I know you don't make new units now. But, I don't know, I think the FCM 36 can be a good candidate. FCM too, but is not really important.
An old (but use in ww2) hotchkiss 1924 machine gun can ba also add as a fixed mahcine gun.


I also notice that you got 2 type loraine transport (in french sheme), but no one include in the french army in skirmish. Is that normal ?

Hum ok, home guard is for the resistance. Sorry.

Little precisions:
Well, represent the ressitance in a game is pretty hard. First, majority of their equipement is british, given by airdrop during the late stage of occupation, or caputred german weapons.
The FFI (Forces françaises de l'intérieur, a fusion of the différent mouvement of resistance) has no heavy weapons (such as machine guns or at rifle) exept those where captured. Plus, exept the Organisation de Résistance de l'Armée found after the invasion of the vichy zone, no resistance have military experience. Many just wear normal cloth. Actually the French mechanized guards (as a bots) are using Lorraine 38L in the Skirmish.
