Same question : Why FG-42 classified as a lmg in the MoW:AS2 game?

1)FG-42 uses same ammo as MG (7.92 x 57mm)
2)FG-42 has muzzle velocity (740 m/s) aprox. same as MG-34 (765 m/s)
3)FG-42 has rate of fire (750-900 rounds/min) aprox. same as MG-34 (850 rounds/min)

Damages of FG-42 same as MG damages.

Yet the AVS-36 despite sharing similar specifications with the DP-28 (full auto, high fire rate and same ammo), is classified as a rifle in this mod? Quite strange if you ask me based on your criteria.

FG-42 is significantly lighter and shorter than the MG 34, allowing it to be used in a similar manner to a smg/rifle in close engagements.

It doesnt affect gameplay so idk why it would be problematic, and it was employed as an LMG in ww2 anyways...
