Missing Skins
I have unloaded textures on units. I ran the script and nothing changed. Is there a skins pack i should be subscribed to that i missed?

In your case you may run script for update from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244450\455424236
folder

Do you see 'mod_update.vbs' file here?
Double click on it (game should not be run at that moment).
