Short of Perfection: Needed adjustments
Hi, First of all great work, it's an awesome mod, I enjoy it much more than normal dota matches.

There are a few things stopping this mode just short of perfection:

1- Game starts instantly:
The game starts instantly after the picking phase. Many players get stuck there for anything from 3-10 seconds depending on their PC. This gives unfair advantage to those with newer and more expensive machines. Please make it start after 15 sec or so, let there be a gate that opens only after that timer.

2- Range of the store:
It often happens that a player buys something then walks back to the arena, only to notice 1-2 secs later that the item went to stash instead of inventory so he has to walk back and then again. this wastes anything from 3 to 5 seconds every time in a mod that has a short timer. Please increase the range a little and create some sort of markings so players know the exact place they should be. if that's not possible then at least make the range equal in all spawn locations.

3- Item spawns:
It's great that it's random, but the item is delivered only a very short time after it's announced. this gives players who spawn on the opposite side of the map no chance whatsoever to reach the drop location - for example in solo. It can be argued that this makes the game more dynamic but it creates unfair advantages randomly. Increasing the time reasonably so players have time to prepare and reach the place and fight over the item.

4- Item Auto Buy:
Many items which are normally in the secret shop can be added to auto buy slot but the hotkey doesn't work to buy those. I don't know if this is something you can fix or it's a matter for Valve.

5- Blinks (debatable):
Heroes with blinks have a significant advantage in this mode and makes the pool of viable heroes very small. Is it possible to implement a mechanic to prevent blinking into the item area so that all heroes have to walk to pick the item?

Other Minor issues:
- is there a logical reasons to have the same restock timers for wards as normal dota?
- adding some high grounds to forest solo?
- indicator for coin spawn location as well?
