Not sure if it's working
Installed this from a brand new fresh game save, and I've only had one new encounter apart from the main story line. I'm not level 14, not sure if I have to enter a console command to enable it?

no you don't have to use a console command it's only a 8% chance that you'll be randomly attacked by a dragon unless you're by a word wall

Was an issue with a quest I had which decreased the value of chance, spoke to the creator and we figured it out from there :).
