Synopsis:

On July 2, 2008, a civil war unfolds between the Ratchet Corps and the U.S armed forces in the state of Texas. This war proved to be enough to leave the U.S/Mexican border unattended due to a new border being created, seperating Texas from the United States. With the war close to being at its highest peak, J.D Caliber Security, a security firm from Chicago, Illinois, decides to take the place of the USBP and patrol the border for them without them knowing.

Meanwhile, in the beginning of the war, the family of a Dallas working man, George Ford, is killed by the Ratchet Corps. With his family dead, Ford suffers from depression and he goes through episodes of drunkenness and despair. He wolfs down whiskey and pain relievers until he realizes what he is doing to himself is wrong. An ambitious Ford sets out to find a new life; he is hired by J.D Caliber to guard the unattended U.S/Mexican border with the rest of the officers.

During Ford's time at J.D Caliber, the CEO of the company, Suguri Kasen, visits the border to see him from time to time. Suguri and George grow a close bond to the point where she ensures that she will start a new family with him. The president of the company, James Donovan Caliber III himself, approves of Suguri's decision to be with George.

8 years later in 2016, the war is over, and J.D Caliber is thanked by the U.S armed forces for keeping the border secured. Ford has a family with Suguri, having a daughter named Yoko and two pet cats named Jimi and Frankie.
