The Cost For The Items?
Will it cost a certain price? Will it be given for free for Black Mesa owners?

Well depends are your weaponds excusive or not? I mean if you need special crates to open these "items" then you should focus on they key cost (probobly standard cost) And the items I would say when they get approved then think about the cost.

should just give out as genuine and marketable to people who buy black mesa, then put the unique ones in as drops, crafts, and store, like other promo items.
